The math behind it
intake (mg) = fish mass (g) x mercury (ppm) / 1000. WHO provisional tolerable guideline is 0.3 mg per kg body weight per... actually 1.6 ug/kg-week. I'll use ~0.3mg/day for 70kg.
Worked example
300 g/week of tuna at 0.3 ppm is 0.09 mg, within limits.
